Shipping Policy

Orders within Canada are shipped using the method you select during checkout. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. During holidays, our order processing time may increase.

In-stock orders placed before 2:00 pm EST will ship the same day if shipping overnight, and within two business days if using the Standard or Priority Shipping option. Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST will be shipped the next business day with the selected Overnight Shipping.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE CORRECTLY IDENTIFIED YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AS RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL. FAILURE TO CORRECTLY IDENTIFY YOUR ADDRESS TYPE COULD RESULT IN DELAY OF YOUR SHIPMENT AND/OR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS
If you choose any of the upgraded shipping options (other than Standard Shipping), the following restrictions apply:

Bill to address and Ship To address must be the same and match the credit card billing address
Expedited Shipping is available only to locations where Canada Post offers these upgraded shipping services.
Items on back order will be removed from the primary shipment, and the remaining items will be shipped out when they become available via the Standard Shipping method.
